Proven in a real operation, not a demo environment
Nuromi runs live today inside a real multi-state service operation, in two forms: an internal executive command centre and a client-facing portal shared with one of that operation's own customers. This page describes that proof honestly, including where quantified results are still being documented.
A real operation, not a sandbox
Before Nuromi was a product, it was an internal system built to run a real, multi-state service operation, roughly 500 staff across five Australian states, spanning education, property, energy, and government construction. That is where the engine was built, tested, and put under the pressure of a business that actually depends on it every day.
Two live proofs
The internal executive command centre
The operation's own executive team uses Nuromi's engine as their day-to-day command centre: the systems they already run connected in one place, with an AI brain watching across departments and surfacing what matters in plain English.
A live client-facing portal
The same engine also powers a client-facing portal, a branded, scoped view shared with one of the operation's own customers. It is the same underlying product Nuromi's Client Portal capability is built from, running with a real client on the other end of it.
What's being documented
We are deliberately not publishing specific numbers here yet. Quantified results from this operation, including hours saved on reporting, time-to-detect for operational issues, and board-pack preparation time, are being documented and will be published on this page once verified. Until then, this page describes the proof honestly rather than estimating figures we have not confirmed.
See it for yourself
The fastest way to understand what this looks like day to day is to see it running, or to talk to us about joining as a founding customer.
