Terms of service
Last updated: 9 July 2026
This page is a plain-language draft prepared for review by our legal advisers.
The service
Nuromi generates a business dashboard and insights from data you upload (spreadsheets, PDFs, business plans) or connect (accounting, payroll, and similar systems). The insights Nuromi produces are informational. They are not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and they depend on the quality and completeness of the data you provide. Decisions you make based on Nuromi remain your decisions and your responsibility. If a decision matters, check it with a qualified adviser.
Accounts and acceptable use
You need an account to use Nuromi, and you are responsible for activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in email secure, since magic-link sign-in remains the default way into your account. If you choose to add a passkey or set an optional password, keep that credential confidential too, and never reuse a password from another service. You must only upload or connect data you have the right to use, and you agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other customers' data, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, reselling the service without our agreement, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and we will tell you if we do.
Subscriptions and billing
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is collected at sign-up, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
- After the trial, Nuromi is a paid subscription (Starter, Growth, or Command tiers), billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your card details never touch Nuromi's systems.
- You can cancel at any time from your settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
- If we change our prices, we will give you notice before the change applies to your subscription.
Your data
You own your data. Uploading it or connecting a system to Nuromi does not transfer ownership to us. You grant us permission to process your data only as needed to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Your data is not used to train AI models by Nuromi. You can export your data at any time in CSV or PDF format, and you can request deletion of your data or your account whenever you like.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Nuromi available and reliable, and we use reputable infrastructure providers to do it. However, we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer an absolute uptime warranty. We may occasionally take the service down for maintenance, and we will try to give notice when we do.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or connected with the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for business decisions you make based on insights the service produces, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Termination
You can stop using Nuromi and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach after we notify you, or immediately for serious misuse. On termination, you can export your data, and we will delete it as described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law change. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and let you know by email or inside the product. Your continued use of Nuromi after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Questions about these terms: email hello@nuromi.ai.
