Features / Business partner

A partner that notices what you would have missed.

Nuromi keeps an eye on your certificates, tells you when the data under a number is old, and puts every action it proposes in front of you first. The things that quietly cost you a client get caught while they are still cheap to fix.

Sound familiar?

  • A certificate lapsed and you found out when the client asked.

Insurance, ISO, licences and method statements live in a folder, an inbox and someone’s head. Nobody owns the expiry dates until one is missed.

  • A system stopped updating weeks ago and you have been reading old numbers.

The dashboard looked fine. The figure on it was not. You made a call on data that had quietly gone out of date.

  • You do not trust software to send things in your name, and you are right not to.

One wrong email to a client does more damage than an hour saved ever repays. So you do the chasing yourself, and it is always late.

  • Nobody owns the follow-up.

The invoice chase, the coverage gap, the renewal reminder. Each one is small, each one slips, and each one is money or a relationship at risk.

It watches. It proposes. You decide.

Nuromi does the noticing and the drafting. The decision stays with you, every time.

Certificates flagged before they expire

Insurance, ISO certifications, licences and method statements, tracked against their expiry dates.

  • Every document reads current, expiring or expired, with its issuer and expiry beside it.
  • A method statement can be scoped to one site, so it is not buried in a whole-of-business register.
  • Turn on the certificate watch and anything inside sixty days is raised as a proposal for you to approve.
  • On the Insurance and ISO registers, status is worked out from the expiry date itself, not from a label somebody typed once and forgot.

It tells you when the data under a number is old

A figure is only as good as the sync behind it, so Nuromi says where each one came from and when, and speaks up when a system stops delivering.

  • Figures carry a line naming their source, their period and when they last synced.
  • A figure that was not refreshed at the last sync says so, and says the numbers are from an earlier sync.
  • On the inspections and incidents pages, when a connected system can no longer read the records, the page names the system, says why, gives the date of the newest record still on screen and points to the fix.
  • A connection that needs signing in again is named as that, so data from a revoked key is never shown as current.
  • The Connections page shows each system as connected and syncing, or as needing your attention.

Nothing goes out without your approval

Every action Nuromi proposes waits in one queue until a person approves it.

  • Nuromi drafts the action. You read it in full, then approve it, edit it or reject it.
  • Client emails, invoice chases, coverage flags and certificate warnings all queue in the same place.
  • Each proposal keeps an audit trail naming what triggered it and which of your own data it read.
  • Nothing sends on its own. Automatic sending is switched off, so every proposal waits for a person.

Why this puts money in your pocket

Most of what loses a cleaning business money is small, late and nobody’s job. This makes it somebody’s job.

  • A lapse caught early is a contract kept.

Clients and tenders ask for current insurance and certification. Finding a lapse sixty days out costs you a phone call. Finding it when the client does can cost you the site.

  • You decide on numbers you can trust.

When you know which figures rest on a stale sync, you stop pricing, hiring and chasing off data that quietly went out of date.

  • The chasing gets done, and nobody is embarrassed.

Invoices get chased and gaps get flagged because Nuromi drafts them, and a person approves them. You get the speed without the risk of something going out unread.

  • You keep control while the admin shrinks.

Nothing sends on its own, so handing the follow-up to Nuromi never costs you the final say.
