About

The AI business partner for service businesses

Nuromi is an agentic AI business partner for service businesses, built in Brisbane, Australia by a two-person founding team. It connects the systems a business already runs, assembles a dashboard around them, and gives plain-English answers and agentic actions from one AI brain included on every plan.

Where Nuromi came from

Nuromi did not start as a slide deck. It grew out of a real, multi-state service operation, roughly 500 staff across five Australian states, spanning education, property, energy, and government construction, where the underlying engine runs live today. That includes an internal executive command centre used to run the business day to day, and a client-facing portal shared with one of its customers.

Rather than keep that engine private to one operation, Nuromi is the same platform, proven under real operating pressure, made available to service businesses that feel the same gap: too big to run on spreadsheets, too lean to justify a data team, and underserved by enterprise business intelligence and single-system AI tools that only ever see one part of the picture.

What Nuromi believes

Five principles shape every product decision.

Committed to service businesses

Nuromi is built for trades, facilities, care, and field services, the businesses that run on people, sites, and schedules rather than a single system of record. It personalises itself by data, not by asking you to pick a vertical.

Intelligence never gated

The full AI brain is included on every plan, from Starter to Command. Tiers scale on capacity, not on how much of the product is capable of thinking.

Data minimisation

Nuromi is built to work with the least amount of raw data possible, favouring aggregates and summaries over exposing raw records wherever the task allows it.

Minutes, not days, to integrate

Connecting a system should take minutes, not a procurement cycle. The product is built so a new connection starts producing insight almost immediately.

Self-assembling dashboard

Nobody should have to design their own dashboard from a blank canvas. As you connect systems or upload documents, Nuromi assembles the view around what you actually run.

Based in Brisbane, built for Australia and beyond

Nuromi is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Data residency is Australian by default, and the product is built for Australian service businesses first, while remaining useful to service businesses anywhere that run on the same kinds of systems.
