The challenge
Commercial Property Cleaning cleans education, property, energy and government construction sites in five Australian states, with roughly 500 staff. The systems that describe that work were never in one place. To answer a single question about the business, the CEO opened about six of them and read across them himself. Reporting ran the same way: around twenty reports a month, each one built by hand, each one taking two hours or more. Both numbers are the CEO's own, from before Nuromi.
The setup
CPC connected the systems it already paid for. Xero for the finances, foundU for rostering and payroll, SafetyCulture for site inspections and compliance, and spreadsheet uploads for the registers that live outside any system at all. Nothing was replaced. Nuromi reads what those systems already hold and assembles one operating picture on top of them.
What runs today
Two things run live. The executive team opens an internal command centre every day: finance, rostering, compliance and operations sitting beside each other, with the AI brain reading across all of them and saying what changed in plain English. The same engine also runs a client-facing portal, shared with one of CPC's own clients, a university, so that client can see the state of its own sites.
What is being measured
One number, agreed before the stage started: the median number of distinct places the CEO opens in a day, a different count from the six he opened to answer one question. The baseline is 4. The target is 1. It is measured at the end of the first two-week live stage, no later than 30 September 2026, and the result is published here when it exists.
