- 1This works for Jira Cloud (yourcompany.atlassian.net) only. If your Jira is on-premise (Jira Server or Data Center), it works differently, ask your IT team.
- 2Open id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens in your browser and sign in.
- 3Create a token labelled "Nuromi". Atlassian now requires an expiry, up to 365 days. Note the date you pick, because the connection will need reconnecting then.
- 4If Atlassian asks whether you want a token with scopes, choose the classic API token, not the scoped one.
- 5Copy the token, then paste it below, along with the email you sign in to Jira with.
