How to connect
ServiceTrade has no key screen at all, it uses a normal login, so we do the exchange for you.

- 1Create or pick a ServiceTrade user for this connection, ideally a dedicated one rather than someone's personal login.
- 2ServiceTrade's own guidance is to give it the Account Admin role so it can read everything.
- 3There is no Generate API Key button anywhere in ServiceTrade. Do not go looking for one, the credential really is just a username and password.
- 4Tell us and we will run the login exchange with you on a call, so the password is not stored anywhere it should not be.
