- Nuromi reads across field service & jobs data from Workiz to surface AI insights, not just charts, so patterns worth attention are flagged before they become problems.
- Built for how Trades, General Smb businesses actually use Workiz, sitting next to whatever else you connect.
- Connects with a key or token you generate inside Workiz. Nuromi never writes back, the connection is read-only.
How to connect
About two minutes, on a paid plan, with Account Settings permission.

Opens the sign-in page in a new tab. Come back here when you have your code.
- 1First time only: open Feature Center in the nav bar, select Developer API, and click Get started to switch the add-on on. It is not available on the free Lite plan.
- 2Click your profile icon, then Settings.
- 3Under Integrations, select Developer.
- 4Copy the API token using the copy icon next to it.
- 5Paste the token below. Workiz shows an API secret on the same screen, ignore it, we only need the token.
- 6If you cannot see Settings at all, ask your account admin to give you the Account Settings permission.
