How to connect

Opens their website in a new tab. Sign in there to find your code.
- 1Sign in at your own address, which looks like yourcompany.freshsales.io.
- 2Click your profile picture, then Settings.
- 3Open the API Settings tab.
- 4Copy the value shown under Your API key.
- 5Copy your address from the browser bar too, and send it with the key. Freshsales needs both to know which account to read.
- 6Worth knowing: the key belongs to the person who generated it and inherits their permissions. If that person leaves and is deactivated, the connection stops with no obvious reason why, so use a long-lived account.
