CRM & Sales
HubSpot + Nuromi
Connect HubSpot and Nuromi turns your contacts, deals, and pipeline into a live sales dashboard with AI insights on where deals are stalling.
What connecting HubSpot does
- Pipeline value, deal stage movement, and open ticket counts become live widgets, refreshed as HubSpot updates.
- Nuromi flags deals that have stalled in a stage longer than usual as an AI insight, so nothing quietly goes cold.
- Sales data sits next to marketing and finance connectors, so pipeline value and actual invoiced revenue can be compared on one dashboard.
- Connects with a private app token you generate in HubSpot settings, no engineering time required.
How to connect
Takes about three minutes in HubSpot. You will copy one code across.
Open HubSpot(opens in a new tab)
Opens the sign-in page in a new tab. Come back here when you have your code.
- 1In HubSpot, click the cog (Settings), then Integrations, then Private Apps.
- 2Create a private app named "Nuromi".
- 3Open the Scopes tab, find the CRM section, and tick Read for contacts (crm.objects.contacts.read), plus Read for any other CRM objects you want Nuromi to see.
- 4HubSpot only lets an app have scopes your own plan includes, so if a box is greyed out that is a plan limit, not a mistake.
- 5After it is created, click View access token (sometimes labelled Show token), copy it, and paste it below.
