Payroll & HR

Oracle HCM Cloud + Nuromi

Connect Oracle HCM Cloud and Nuromi pulls its workers, payroll, absences into live dashboard widgets and plain-English AI insights, alongside every other payroll & hr tool and system you run.

What connecting Oracle HCM Cloud does

  • Oracle HCM Cloud's workers, payroll, absences, compensation become live widgets on your dashboard, refreshed automatically instead of exported by hand.
  • Nuromi reads across payroll & hr data from Oracle HCM Cloud to surface AI insights, not just charts, so patterns worth attention are flagged before they become problems.
  • Built for how Enterprise, Manufacturing, Healthcare businesses actually use Oracle HCM Cloud, sitting next to whatever else you connect.
  • Connects with a key or token you generate inside Oracle HCM Cloud. Nuromi never writes back, the connection is read-only.

How to connect

This one works differently to most connectors: Oracle does not hand out a separate API key, so you will use an Oracle Cloud sign-in and your Fusion REST server address instead. It takes longer than most, usually a day or two, because your Oracle administrator needs to set the integration user up first.

Go to oracle.com(opens in a new tab)

Opens their website in a new tab. Sign in there to find your code.

  1. 1Ask your Oracle Cloud administrator to create a dedicated integration user for Nuromi, with read access to Workers. Use a dedicated user rather than anyone's personal login, so the connection keeps working even if someone's own password changes or they leave.
  2. 2Ask the same administrator (or your Oracle implementation partner) for your Fusion REST server address. It looks like servername.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com and will not be something you need to look up yourself.
  3. 3Enter the REST server address, then the integration user's username and password, below.
  4. 4If your administrator has not set up an integration user before, point them to Oracle's own REST API documentation for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, it is a standard, well documented step for them.
