SAP Business One + Nuromi

Connect SAP Business One and Nuromi pulls its journal entries, invoices, purchase orders into live dashboard widgets and plain-English AI insights, alongside every other accounting & finance tool and system you run.

What connecting SAP Business One does

  • SAP Business One's journal entries, invoices, purchase orders, business partners become live widgets on your dashboard, refreshed automatically instead of exported by hand.
  • Nuromi reads across accounting & finance data from SAP Business One to surface AI insights, not just charts, so patterns worth attention are flagged before they become problems.
  • Built for how Manufacturing, Logistics, Enterprise businesses actually use SAP Business One, sitting next to whatever else you connect.
  • Connects with a key or token you generate inside SAP Business One. Nuromi never writes back, the connection is read-only.

How to connect

There is no API key for SAP Business One. What we need is your own server address and a login to it.

Go to sap.com(opens in a new tab)

Opens their website in a new tab. Sign in there to find your code.

  1. 1Ask whoever runs your SAP Business One server, usually your IT team or SAP partner, for the Service Layer address. It looks like https://your-server:50000/b1s/v1 and is specific to your installation.
  2. 2Get your company database name, the same one you pick when signing in to the SAP Business One desktop client.
  3. 3Use a dedicated SAP Business One username and password rather than someone's personal login.
  4. 4Check with IT that our servers can actually reach that address from the internet. Most installs sit behind a firewall or VPN, and that is a far more common blocker than any credential.
  5. 5Send us all four together. This connector needs four values and the form below only has two boxes, so we will set it up with you rather than have you guess.
