Xero + Nuromi

Connect Xero and Nuromi turns your invoices, bills, and P&L into live dashboard widgets your whole team can see, updated automatically.

What connecting Xero does

  • Cash position, outstanding invoices, and bill due dates show up as live widgets instead of a report you have to pull manually.
  • Nuromi reads your P&L and bank transactions to flag margin drops or unusual spend before they show up in your next set of accounts.
  • Finance data sits next to operations data (rosters, jobs, leads) in one dashboard, so you can see cash flow against what is actually happening on the ground.
  • Ask Nuromi in plain English, "what did we bill last month by client", and get an answer sourced straight from Xero, not a stale export.
  • Read-only connection. Nuromi never writes back to your ledger.

How to connect

Xero connects via OAuth. Click Connect on the Nuromi Connections page, sign in to Xero, and approve access. Nuromi never sees or stores your password, and the connection is read-only.

Common questions

Does Nuromi replace Xero?
No. Xero stays your system of record for accounting. Nuromi connects to it, reads your invoices, bills, accounts, and P&L, and turns that data into live widgets and AI insights alongside your other tools.
What Xero data does Nuromi use?
Invoices, bills, chart of accounts, bank transactions, and profit and loss. Nuromi pulls only what it needs to build your dashboard widgets and never modifies anything in Xero.
How long does connecting Xero take?
Under two minutes. Xero connects via OAuth, so you sign in and approve access, no API keys to find or copy.
