How to connect
Takes a few minutes and needs an administrator. You will note three details: your API server, your username, and a password.

Opens their website in a new tab. Sign in there to find your code.
- 1Sign in to SuccessFactors as an administrator, then open the menu next to your name and choose Show Version Information. Note your Company ID and API server address there.
- 2In Admin Center, search for OData API Basic Authentication Configuration and turn basic authentication on for the account you will connect with Nuromi. A dedicated account is best practice, rather than a personal login.
- 3Copy the API server address exactly as shown, for example api4.successfactors.com, leaving off the https:// part.
- 4Combine the account's username and your Company ID into one value, in the form username@CompanyID.
- 5Paste the API server address, the username@CompanyID value, and the account's password below.
