Communication
Telegram + Nuromi
Connect Telegram and Nuromi pulls its messages, chats, updates into live dashboard widgets and plain-English AI insights, alongside every other communication tool and system you run.
What connecting Telegram does
- Telegram's messages, chats, updates, media become live widgets on your dashboard, refreshed automatically instead of exported by hand.
- Nuromi reads across communication data from Telegram to surface AI insights, not just charts, so patterns worth attention are flagged before they become problems.
- Built for how General Smb, Retail businesses actually use Telegram, sitting next to whatever else you connect.
- Connects with a key or token you generate inside Telegram. Nuromi never writes back, the connection is read-only.
How to connect
About a minute, and it all happens inside Telegram itself. There is no website to sign in to.
Open Telegram(opens in a new tab)
Opens the sign-in page in a new tab. Come back here when you have your code.
- 1Open Telegram and start a chat with @BotFather, which is Telegram's own verified bot for making bots. The link above opens it.
- 2Send the command /newbot.
- 3Reply with a display name, then a username. The username has to end in "bot".
- 4BotFather replies with the token. Copy it out of that message.
- 5Paste it below exactly as shown. Do not add the word "bot" in front of it, we do that ourselves.
- 6One catch worth knowing: if this bot is already connected to another tool by webhook, Telegram will not give us any messages, and it will look like an empty account rather than a clash. Use a fresh bot if you are unsure.
