- Built for how General Smb, Professional Services, Enterprise businesses actually use Dialpad, sitting next to whatever else you connect.
- Connects with a key or token you generate inside Dialpad. Nuromi never writes back, the connection is read-only.
How to connect
About two minutes. You need to be a Company Admin on a Pro or Enterprise plan.

Opens the sign-in page in a new tab. Come back here when you have your code.
- 1Sign in to Dialpad as a Company Admin. Nobody else can create or see an API key.
- 2Go to Admin Settings.
- 3Select My Company.
- 4Select Authentication, then API keys.
- 5Click Add key, name it Nuromi, set an expiry, and Save.
- 6Copy the key immediately and paste it below, it is not shown again once you navigate away.
- 7If this menu is not there at all, it is almost certainly the plan. API keys are Pro and Enterprise only.
