Communication
Mailgun + Nuromi
Connect Mailgun and Nuromi pulls its emails, templates, events into live dashboard widgets and plain-English AI insights, alongside every other communication tool and system you run.
What connecting Mailgun does
- Mailgun's emails, templates, events, suppressions become live widgets on your dashboard, refreshed automatically instead of exported by hand.
- Nuromi reads across communication data from Mailgun to surface AI insights, not just charts, so patterns worth attention are flagged before they become problems.
- Built for how General Smb, Professional Services, Enterprise businesses actually use Mailgun, sitting next to whatever else you connect.
- Connects with a key or token you generate inside Mailgun. Nuromi never writes back, the connection is read-only.
How to connect
Mailgun needs three things, and missing any one of them looks like an empty account rather than an error.
Open Mailgun(opens in a new tab)
Opens the sign-in page in a new tab. Come back here when you have your code.
- 1Sign in to Mailgun.
- 2Open Settings, then API Security, and copy your Private API key.
- 3Go to Sending, then Domains, and copy the exact sending domain you use, which looks like mg.yourcompany.com.
- 4Note whether your account is on the US or EU region, shown against the domain.
- 5Enter the sending domain and the region in the boxes above, and the key below. All three are required.
- 6Why it matters: with the wrong region it looks like a bad key, and with a missing domain it connects fine and then reports nothing at all, forever, with no error.
