- Connects with a key or token you generate inside MaintainX. Nuromi never writes back, the connection is read-only.
How to connect
About two minutes, with Administrator permissions on a Premium or Enterprise plan.

Opens the sign-in page in a new tab. Come back here when you have your code.
- 1Sign in to MaintainX as an Administrator.
- 2From the sidebar choose Settings, then under Organization Settings choose Integrations.
- 3Select API Keys, then New Key.
- 4Name it Nuromi. If a Key usage field appears, choose REST API.
- 5Leave "Allow this token to be used on all my organizations" switched OFF, then Generate Key. A multi-organisation token needs an extra header we do not send, so leaving it on can return the wrong org's data.
- 6Copy the key immediately and paste it below, it is only shown once.
- 7If you cannot find Integrations, the REST API is only on Premium and Enterprise plans.
