What connecting Mitti (by SafetyCulture) does
- Inspection completion rates, open actions, and overdue issues become live widgets instead of a report someone has to compile.
- Nuromi flags sites or teams with rising incident or issue counts as an AI insight, before it becomes a compliance problem.
- Templates and assets pulled from Mitti let Nuromi show which sites are inspected on schedule and which are falling behind.

How to connect
Takes about two minutes in Mitti. You need Mitti Premium or Enterprise, a full seat, and the Platform management permissions for Organization, Permissions and Users.

- 1Sign in to Mitti on the web.
- 2Click your organisation name in the lower-left corner (on some screens it reads Settings), choose Integrations, then open the API tokens tab.
- 3Click Create API token. This makes a service-user token, which suits a long-running connection like Nuromi: it keeps working when people change roles or leave.
- 4Name it Nuromi. For expiry choose 180 days, the longest Mitti offers: Mitti removes a token after that many days of inactivity. Nuromi syncs every few hours, but if syncing is ever paused for longer than the period you chose, create a new token.
- 5For permission sets, Nuromi only reads. Mitti selects every permission by default. If you narrow them, keep read access to inspections, issues, actions and sites: Mitti says its "View all data" permission "gives view-only access to all templates, inspections, files and actions", which does not cover issues or sites on its own.
- 6Click Create token, copy it from the pop-up straight away (Mitti shows it once) and paste it below. Before anything is saved, Nuromi checks the token with Mitti and which of inspections, issues, sites and actions it can read; a token that can read none of them is not saved, and once saved Nuromi tells you any it cannot read.
- 7Mitti answers with the token owner's access, so a token that cannot see some sites or issues gives Nuromi only part of the picture. One token reads one Mitti organisation; each organisation needs its own token.
- 8No access to service-user tokens? A personal token (your profile, Settings, API tokens) also works. It needs the same Premium or Enterprise plan and a full seat, only sees what you see, expires after 30 days of inactivity, and stops working if you leave or lose access.
