Uptime target
Nuromi targets 99.9% uptime. We run on reputable, redundant infrastructure (Supabase and Vercel, Sydney region for Australian customers). We do not publish a rolling uptime percentage, because we do not keep the history needed to calculate one honestly. What this page shows instead is the result of checks run at the last check, at most a minute before you loaded it.
How this page is checked
Loading this page runs a live check against the database, the authentication service, and the integrity of connected-system data, each with a three second budget. A check that fails, times out, or errors is reported as not answering. If the checks cannot be run at all, this page says so rather than showing a green result.
These checks run inside Nuromi, so they cannot tell you the site itself is unreachable: if it were, this page would not load. Availability is checked from outside our infrastructure by an independent monitoring service, separately from Nuromi and its hosting provider, and connected-system integrity is checked hourly from outside too.
