System status
Current operational status and our uptime commitment.
All Nuromi systems are currently operational. Nuromi targets 99.9% uptime, and runs on Supabase and Vercel infrastructure in the Sydney region for Australian customers. A live, automatically updated status feed is being wired; this page is the interim source of truth.

No incidents currently reported. Status is reviewed and updated manually while the live feed is being wired.
Uptime target
Nuromi targets 99.9% uptime. We run on reputable, redundant infrastructure (Supabase and Vercel, Sydney region for Australian customers) and monitor availability continuously. We do not publish a real-time uptime percentage here yet, because we will only show numbers we can back with a live feed. That feed is being wired.
