How to connect
Before you start: Connecteam includes API access on the Expert plan or higher. Rosters, clock-ins and job sites need the Operations hub; leave needs the HR & Skills hub. Takes about two minutes.

Opens the sign-in page in a new tab. Come back here when you have your code.
- 1Sign in to Connecteam as the account owner. Note the address in your browser: app.connecteam.com, or app-au.connecteam.com for Australian accounts.
- 2Go to Settings, then API Keys.
- 3Click Add API key, name it "Nuromi" and copy the key. Create it in the same place you sign in: a key from the other region will not work.
- 4Enter where you sign in, paste the key below, and Nuromi checks it with Connecteam before saving anything.
